An experienced television director and vision mixer, and for nearly fifteen years have been freelancing here and abroad for many of the world's major broadcasters.
My clients return to me time and time again, due to my excellent track record for being reliable and conscientious. I am equally at home as director, vision mixer, director/vision mixer/sound mixer, and will rig and engineer your fly-away kit. This makes me a very practical option, especially when budgets are tight. I can also supply kit as required.
Based in the south of England, I have a full driving licence, am CRB checked, UK passport, and have links to a number of crewing and equipment companies, as well as to many other experienced freelancers.
I also undertake training courses for some of my regular clients.
I work on many major, high profile productions, in both corporate and broadcast areas. I regularly work for the BBC, Channel 4, Sky and ITV, and many production companies who supply them. I also work regularly for corporate clients including Google and Red Bull.
I have worked on live sport, including Premiership football, Channel 4 Racing and Test cricket for Sky. I have also directed World Feed Coverage for England football matches at Wembley, FA Cup, and other major non-sporting events, such as the Papal Visit to the UK in 2010, and the Royal Wedding in 2011 .
I have worked for many international clients, and as you will see from my EXPERIENCE/CREDITS page, am equally comfortable in the corporate world.
You will see a list of numerous blue-chip corporations for whom I have worked, the majority of whom continue to re-hire me. The broad spectre of this work includes Google hangouts, Facebook events, webinars, results presentations, conferences, Town Halls and full multi-camera award shows.
I have very strong multi-camera studio and outside broadcast production experience. Equally I have strong technical and organisational skills.
I trust the above will encourage you to hire me and I would be more than happy to put you in touch with my clients if you feel you need a professional recommendation. Just drop me an e-mail.
